Free Cancellation

You can cancel your booking free of charge up to 24 hours before your scheduled tour start time. No questions asked, no fees charged.

Full Refund Policy

• Cancelled 24+ hours in advance:Full refund to your original payment method. Refunds are typically processed within 5–7 business days.
• Cancelled within 24 hours: No refund is available for cancellations made less than 24 hours before the tour start time.
• No-shows: If you do not show up for your tour without prior notice, no refund will be issued.

Weather-Related Cancellations

If a tour is cancelled by Time Travel Split due to adverse weather conditions or safety concerns, you will receive:

• A full refund, or
• The option to reschedule your tour to another available date at no extra cost

We make weather-related decisions with your safety and experience as our top priority. If conditions are borderline, we will contact you in advance to discuss options.

Please include your booking reference number and the name used for the reservation.

Modifications

Need to change the date, time, or number of participants? Contact us at least 24 hours before your tour and we'll do our best to accommodate your request at no additional charge, subject to availability.
