Agreement to Terms

By accessing our website timetraveldalmatia.com and booking tours through our platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use our services.

Time Travel Split ("we," "our," or "us") is a licensed tour operator based in Split, Croatia, offering guided tours across Dalmatia and beyond.

Booking and Reservations

Making a Booking

All bookings are made through our website via the Bokun booking platform. By completing a booking, you confirm that:

• You are at least 18 years of age
• The information you provide is accurate and complete
• You are authorized to use the payment method provided
• You accept these Terms of Service, our Cancellation Policy, and our Privacy Policy

Booking Confirmation

A booking is confirmed once payment is successfully processed and you receive a confirmation email with your booking details. Please review your confirmation carefully and contact us immediately if any details are incorrect.

Group Bookings

The person making the booking is responsible for all members of the group, including ensuring that all participants are aware of tour requirements (meeting times, physical demands, passport requirements for international tours).

Payment

All payments are processed securely through our booking platform (Bokun) using Stripe. Prices are displayed in Euros (EUR) and include all applicable taxes unless otherwise stated.

Full payment is required at the time of booking. We do not accept partial payments or deposits unless specifically arranged for group bookings.

Cancellations and Refunds

Cancellations are governed by our Cancellation Policy. In summary:

• Free cancellation up to 24 hours before the tour start time
• No refund for cancellations within 24 hours or no-shows
• Full refund or reschedule if we cancel due to weather or safety

Tour Participation

Meeting Points and Timing

It is your responsibility to arrive at the designated meeting point on time. If you are late, we will make reasonable efforts to wait, but the tour may proceed without you if delays would affect other participants. No refund is available for missed tours due to late arrival.

Health and Fitness

Some tours involve walking on uneven terrain, climbing steps, or extended periods of standing. Please review the tour description and difficulty level before booking. It is your responsibility to ensure you are physically able to participate. If you have any health concerns or mobility limitations, please contact us before booking so we can advise you.

Passport Requirements

Certain tours cross international borders (e.g., Mostar, Sarajevo, Medjugorje). It is your responsibility to carry a valid passport and ensure you meet all entry requirements for the countries visited. We are not liable for denied entry due to invalid travel documents.

Conduct

We reserve the right to refuse service or remove a participant from a tour if their behavior endangers themselves, other participants, or the guide, or if they are significantly disruptive. No refund will be issued in such cases.

Our Responsibilities

We commit to providing:

• Licensed, knowledgeable guides for all tours
• Tours as described on our website, including stated inclusions
• Timely communication regarding any changes or cancellations
• Safe, well-maintained vehicles for tours that include transport

Limitation of Liability

Time Travel Split acts as a tour operator providing guided experiences. To the fullest extent permitted by law:

• We are not liable for personal injury, loss, or damage to property during tours, except where caused by our negligence
• We are not liable for delays, cancellations, or changes caused by circumstances beyond our control (force majeure), including but not limited to severe weather, natural disasters, government actions, road closures, or public health emergencies
• Our total liability for any claim arising from a booking shall not exceed the amount paid for that booking
• We are not responsible for the actions or services of third-party providers (restaurants, venues, transport operators) included in tour itineraries

Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including text, photographs, logos, and design, is the property of Time Travel Split unless otherwise noted. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use our content without written permission.

Changes to Tours

We reserve the right to make minor changes to tour itineraries due to weather conditions, site closures, safety concerns, or other operational reasons. We will always aim to provide an experience of equal or greater value. If a significant change is necessary, we will notify you and offer the option to reschedule or receive a full refund.

Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the Republic of Croatia. Any disputes arising from these terms or from a booking shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation first. If a resolution cannot be reached, disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts in Split, Croatia.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
